You don't need an account to place an order. Creating one, on the other hand, would be extremely beneficial in terms of tracking and managing your purchases! When you register with us, you will have access to the customer portal, where you will be able to view a history of your orders, pause or cancel subscriptions, change your delivery information and payment methods, and much more. :)

Which payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept debit and credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. You may also use PayPal to make online payments. When will I be charged with my order?

We'll charge your payment method when you place your first order and then every month after that. If you need to pause or skip an order, you can easily do so from your account page by clicking "Manage Subscriptions."

What can I use my discount code on?

We offer multiple discount codes to all of our products! However, some discount codes are product specific so if you're not sure what your code is for, feel free to contact us via chat on our website or you can email us at support@hifirstday.com and we'll gladly look it up fo you!

Why are there discounts for large families?

How do I get my discount?

Each first order will arrive with our refillable bottle. It's BPA free and built to last! We encourage you to get creative and personalize the bottle with your children to make it their own. For every order thereafter, you'll receive our refill pouch to pour into your bottle. Many of you asked for this and we were listening. If you encounter an error when trying to log in, first make sure that you already have an account with us. If you already have an account with us, it should tell you that that "This email address is already associated with an account". If this happens, you can just continue with resetting your password and you should be good! Yes! We all do our best to eat a healthy balanced diet but none of us are perfect. We've created our vitamins to fill those gaps and complement your family's daily habits so that we and our loved ones always get everything we need.

Can some vitamins be really bad for you?

Are the gummies free from allergens?

We know many of our customers have various allergies so we developed our gummies are free from the common allergens like milk, egg, fish, crustacean, shellfish, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, and soybeans. We also make them in an allergen-free facility. Furthermore, we are proud to say we are Gluten Free, non-GMO, Halal, and Kosher!

Are your vitamins organic?

We prioritize organic ingredients wherever we can in our vitamins. That's why we're proud to say ingredients like our fruit and vegetable blend, sunflower oil, tapioca, and sugar are all certified organic. Certain micronutrient ingredients, however, cannot be classified as organic. For these, we select the most bioavailable forms so that they are just like what is found in food.

Do your vitamins contain sugar?

We use a small amount of organic cane sugar to create delicious vitamins that you'll enjoy taking every day. We're proud to say we use up to 80% less sugar than other common gummy vitamins. Each of our gummies contain only 1g which is the amount found in 2 small grapes!

Do your vitamins contain gelatin?

No, we are 100% vegan and use pectin which is fully plant based!

Are they FDA approved?

The FDA doesn't actually approve any supplements, which many people are very surprised to find out! We're extremely picky about how and where our products are made, which is why we source the most bioavailable ingredients and manufacture in facilities that are GMP-certified, meaning they comply with all of the FDA's highest standards for manufacturing.

Are they Kosher certified?

While we haven't taken our gummies through the Kosher certification process yet, we don't use any ingredients that violate Kosher status and we never use gelatin. Our customers can choose if these are the right fit for their diet, knowing we always strive to deliver the cleanest formulas possible!

How should I store the vitamins?

It's best to store them at room temp, in a dark place away from sunlight. It would ruin your day if you ended up with melted gummies!

Why is the bottle not filled to the top?

Don't worry, this is normal. The bottle includes a full month's supply (60 count) of gummies. The bottle size was chosen for its ease of use, label legibility, and safety. As gummies settle during shipment, your bottle may appear to be partially full. Always check to make sure the safety seal is intact when first opening your bottle.

Should my gummies be stuck together?

While we have sunflower oil to prevent this from happening, sometimes our gummies settle during shipment, this is totally normal. Please just give the bottle a good shake and they should easily separate!

Who should take Kids Gummy Enrichment?

Our experts formulated our Kids Gummy Enrichment multivitamin for girls and boys ages 3 to 13 years old. With that being said, children develop at different rates. If you want to give our vitamins to a child outside of this age range, we recommend seeking the advice of a medical professional first.

Is your Kids Gummy Enrichment appropriate for girls or boys?

Both! The Food and Nutrition Board of America advises that generally only after the age of 13 do girls and boys develop different nutritional requirements. With that being said, children sometimes develop at different rates. If you believe your son or daughter may have specific nutritional needs, we recommend seeking the advice of a medical professional first.

How is this different from your Kids Daily Essentials?

Older kids have higher demands in the vitamins given the developmental stage they're in. We made sure to consider this during the formulation and increased the % DailyValues of the key vitamins in our gummies. We've also added Magnesium and Zinc which are typically not not very accessible in the modern diet.

Can these be taken with other multivitamin/supplements?

We designed our Daily Supercharge gummies to complement a typical woman's diet, which commonly includes other supplements. If you have concerns about potential interactions, we always recommend that you speak with your doctor.

Do you include fish oil or omega 3s (DHA, EPA, ALAs)? Why not?

We don't include omega-3s because most women already get more than enough from their typical diet. Our multivitamin aims to fill the gaps with the nutrients that might be missing from your diet to help you feel your best!

Do you include ___ mineral (ex: calcium, iron, magnesium)? Why not?

We spent months researching the average woman's diet and nutritional deficiencies. When it came to minerals, we chose to include only magnesium. Women typically aren't getting enough magnesium in their diet so we wanted to fill that gap. Looking at other minerals such as calcium, it can actually cause more harm than good to get too much through supplementation. We recommend that everyone strive to eat a healthy balanced diet, and know that our vitamins are there to help support your daily needs! We chose not to include iron in our formula due to safety concerns. According to the FDA, accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading casue of fatal poisoning in children under the age of 6. Since our vitamins are delicious gummies, we wanted to ensure the product wouldn't be harmful if accidentally eaten in large doses by children. We take safety very seriously and we want to provide products that your entire family can trust!

Do you include B12?

In order to make sure our product suits everyone, we use methyltetrahydrofolate, which even those with the MTHFR gene mutation can absorb & benefit from, instead of the cheaper and more common folic acid.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to our families in the United States and Canada but we are looking to expand soon so watch out for this exciting update!

After placing your order, make every effort to process your order within 24 hours. Preparing, packaging, and shipping your order are all part of this process. However, due to the high volume of orders we get from time to time, please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped so you can keep track of it.

How long does shipping take?

Our packages are usually delivered within 3-8 business days. However, once in a while, the delivery service encounters unforseeable circumstances that causes a delay. How do I track my order?

Once the order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with the tracking information. There are times though that the tracking information may not be searchable for another business day while our logistics provider updates the shipment in their tracking system.

My order was delivered, but I don't have it and can't find it.

Sometimes the package is mistakenly delivered to a neighbor, left in a mailroom/package room, or picked up my someone else in your household. Please double check those locations and with your household first, and if you still have trouble, please contact via chat on our website and you can also email us at support@hifirstday.com so we can assist you!

How can I change or edit my shipping address?

I forgot to cancel my order this month - can I still cancel it?

Oh no! Sorry to hear! Orders that are already processed may no longer be edited or cancelled once it has already shipped out. Please reach out to us so we can help skip, pause, or manage your future orders. You can also do this from our online customer portal for your convenience. To make sure you aren't charged for orders you aren't ready for, we always send an email notification 3 days before your renewal date to give you plenty of time to make changes to your subscription if needed.
